THE 12D SHIELD BUILDING TECHNIQUE

The 12D Shield building technique is a practice that allows us to learn to develop and cultivate Spiritual Protection as well as Spiritual Expansion (or Consciousness Expansion), strengthening our own field of energy also known as our lightbody. This technique was brought forth by Lisa Renee from Energetic Synthesis.
It may be added to our daily spiritual practices and become a part of our basic "spiritual hygiene", just like brushing our teeth in the morning. The more this technique is used, the stronger the resonance may feel, and the easier visualisation may become. As with every meditative practice, intent matters most, so if visualisation is difficult, stay focused on intention and do not get discouraged. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect!

The Unity Vow is an intention prayer, or declaration of intention that was also brought forth by Lisa Renee of Energetic Synthesis. This practice allows us to align ourselves and connect directly with Unity Intelligence of the Krystal Star and our True Authentic Spiritual Families, in divine perfect alignment and service to the Sovereign Law of One. It may also be practiced daily, alongside the 12D Shield Building Technique, so as to strengthen our intention, where we choose to place our consent and what do we choose to align with (intent, consent and authority).
